Shopify's Flow app is a powerful automation tool for Shopify Plus merchants. By combining a mixture of triggers, actions, and conditional logic, store owners can quickly build automated workflows to perform repetitive tasks and save themselves time.

Shopify Plus Teams across the world are using Flow all the time to solve problems for our clients, from simple actions tagging VIP customer accounts to complex workflows implementing a full-blown customer retention strategy. It's getting more and more powerful every day as apps add their own Flow Connectors into the ecosystem.

However, there are still a number of limitations and unsupported use cases that exist while working with the platform - missing triggers, actions, or features preventing teams from achieving a 100% Flow-driven solution. Often teams could fall back on third-party tools like Zapier or build out our own mini apps to get to a working solution, but would it be great to handle everything within the Shopify Admin and Flow itself? Talking to other partners and merchants in the Plus ecosystem revealed that answer to be yes.

Trickle aims to plug these holes for Plus merchants and their partners - a simple, one-click install expansion pack for Shopify Flow. It adds new triggers, new actions, and new functionality directly into the Shopify Flow app.

Thanks to the combinatorial nature of Flow and our ever-increasing stable of connectors, Trickle opens the door to thousands of new automation possibilities.
